PR1 Trail Madeira Hike Above the clouds

Just took a trip to Madeira! And all my trip prep worked!  Went hiking above the clouds. The hike was ranging between 5,000 and 6,000 feet. Neither I, nor my friend had any issues hiking. Last time my friend hiked in the Colorado mountains she had gotten altitude sickness… Here’s all the things I did for altitude prep. https://herbaremedium.com/prepping-naturally-for-high-altitude-hiking/

Last time I went hiking in Zion National Park, it was so hot I was dizzy all the time, due to not sweating as much as I should. I drank my yarrow tea prior to our trip, and things went great there! Although the weather there is AMAZING at 65-75* I did work up a sweat hiking such steep hills!

I also, slept on the plane, and slept well at my location! I didn’t sleep as well as I wanted too due to TONS of turbulance in the air, but I was excited that I slept a solid 3 hours and then dozed on/off the other 3! I consider it a win, since I was able to make it the rest of the day without being crabby!  Here’s all the things I did for helping with sleeping on a plane: https://herbaremedium.com/how-to-sleep-on-a-plane-naturally-herbal-tips-for-overnight-flights/

For Jet Lag Recovery I used these, which can also help with the high Altitude:

Sun Ten – Ginseng & Ophiopogon Formula Capsules/Sheng Mai San

All in all, a great trip with great recovery! Just don’t fly through Lisbon Portugal, and don’t use Tap Air There’s a whole nother long story!
