Thank-You Gift Offerings

Ways to practice gratitude

A Thank You Gift!

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to each of you—whether you’ve worked with me one-on-one, attended a class, or are studying in one of my herbal programs. It’s an honor to walk with you as you learn to support your body, your family, and your community using the gifts God has placed in creation.

To show my gratitude, I’m offering a free 50-page recipe handout/PDF filled with practical, family-friendly healthy recipes, including breakfast, snacks and desserts.

Along with this free resource, I have several upcoming opportunities for you to continue growing in your herbal knowledge and hands-on skills:

Upcoming Classes & Events

• Free Women’s Health Class
Stay tuned… I’ll be teaching a free community class on women’s health—covering cycles, hormones, stress physiology, and practical herbal strategies you can use at every stage. Let me know if you want on the list to attend.

• Kids’ Herbal Hands-On Class in February  (registration required)
This is a fun, interactive class where kids will make simple herbal remedies. A great way for kids to take herbal medicine is to get involved with making. A perfect addition to homeschool or family health education. Feb 21st. 9am-12pm CST

• Donation-Based Herbal Clinic: Alms of Grace Clinic
I continue to serve as a practitioner with the Alms of Grace Clinic, a donation-based community clinic offering accessible herbal support. If you or someone you know would benefit from compassionate, affordable care, we’re accepting both new clients and student observers.
