I Have Experience Using Herbs AI Doesn’t!

Clinical herbalist Mindy Capello examining and using a variety of medicinal herbs during herbal study and formulation.

Naomi Kilbreth, whom I’ll say is now my herbal bestie… recently posted in a group we are a part of about the herbs she uses and the ways she uses them.

This got me thinking! Herbalists USE herbs!

This is what sets me apart from you learning from AI.

AI has not experienced personally how herbs feel in their body.

AI has not met with clients who have used the herbs. AI has not heard back from their clients on how that herb works differently than the normal, in THEIR body!

This is why working with, or learning from, an Herbalist who USES herbs is important.

We know more than AI! 🙂

When going through my list of herbs, I have tried over 260 herbs. Which honestly isn’t much in the thousands of plants out there!

I’ve experimented with or have used 150+ herbs for longer than a week!

If you’d like to learn from an herbalist who uses herbs, then check out my many ways to learn from me here.

Below are all the herbs I’ve used!
