Some of my favorite syrups are the following:

  • Thyme syrup for dry respiratory conditions.
  • Mullein Syrup for asthma and respiratory conditions.
  • Hawthorn syrup for healthy hearts. Violets from your yard can also be helpful for the heart, or a great addition to a Hawthorn syrup.
  • Lavender syrup is nice added to teas, and helpful for digestion and anxiety.
  • Ginger (when fresh) is my favorite antiviral (I prefer to elderberry actually)
  • All mint plants can make great syrups.
  • Rose syrup can add great flavors to teas and lift the spirits.
  • Turn any tea or herb you want your kid to drink into a syrup for a yummy option.
  • Any of these syrups can be mixed with a tincture 1/2 and 1/2 to make it taste better.
