My Personal Favorite Sleep Tip

My favorite out of this list is wearing an eye mask. It works wonders for me! I am an extremely light sleeper. After I started wearing an eye mask I stopped waking up when my husband came to bed.

I’m pretty sure it was the light of his phone, or the light from the door that would wake me up! I always thought it was him being noisy!! I can also sleep longer on the weekends with my eye mask on. I typically get up at 5:20am weekdays to work out and that is before the sun rises. Even with my blackout curtains I would wake up often with the sun on the weekends.

Now with my eye mask I sleep in longer! Try it out! I’ve used this with lots of my clients and they LOVE IT! I hope this helps you get better sleep!
