Flower Essences for the Advent Season

Flower Essences for Advent

FLOWER ESSENCES FOR THE ADVENT THEMES

Advent is a season of anticipation of Christmas where we celebrate Christ’s Birth. A time when we prepare our hearts. Traditionally, the four weeks center around Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love.

In holistic healing, these themes beautifully align with the subtle emotional shifts supported by flower essences. Unlike herbs that act biochemically, flower essences work energetically, reminding the heart, mind, and spirit of qualities it may have forgotten. Below is a simple, energetic guide for inviting the spirit of Advent into your own healing journey, physically and emotionally.

I think the Bible Project has some nice devotionals on this so I attached them also.

Merry Christmas!!!
