A Go At Your Own Pace

OR

Live Zoom classes or in person classes if you live here locally. Classes will be held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month (unless changed due to a holiday) from 6:30-8pm CST.

Below are the details for this course. Please set up an informational meeting with me here if you have any questions. Or you can join me June 25th, Tuesday at 7 CST for an informational meeting. Zoom Link Here.

OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM:

I will teach you how to take charge of your own health and your family’s health using herbs with confidence. You will be able to administer herbs for common ailments instead of running to the Dr. all the time, but you will have the confidence of knowing when to go to the Dr. You will know how to prevent chronic health conditions from entering your families’ lives.

This program will include 3 hours of instruction time per month.  First, we will do ½ Class time and ½ lab time, where you will have some active participation time in the herb lab making things or with herb walks. Classroom instruction: You can have in-person classes or live classes via Zoom classes or watch later at your convenience.

I will be guiding you in a systematic approach to learning about herbs. I am also collaborating with Naomi Kilbreth with Laural Tree Wellness to provide extra material for you. I will give a list of resources to study from our topic of discussion after each subject.  This helps to keep the costs down drastically. The more you utilize the extra material shared with you, the more you will benefit from this program.  I also feel that when you learn from multiple herbalists, you will obtain a broader scope of herbal knowledge instead of just having one herbalist’s viewpoint.  Together we both believe God has given us these plants to help us take care of our families, and we would love to share that with you!

In-person or live classes. The benefit is that you get to know other like-minded ladies, you can be more focused, and the hands-on portion is fun in person.

Live on Zoom: You can join us live on Zoom if you cannot make the in-person class. Attending live allows you to ask questions at the moment and helps with accountability for completing the class.

Watch at your own pace: I record all my classes so you can view them at your own pace if you cannot attend live or in person.  If you want to participate in the hands-on portion and you are watching online, I can ship you a package to make at home, or you can pick it up from me. The cost for the herbs and shipping will be $150

OTHER BENEFITS INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM

Any herbs you want to use for your family will be available wholesale.

Some herbs are available free from my yard/garden for you to make at home.

I will be there for you for 1 free 15-minute scheduled visit per month to answer any “personal health” questions about your family’s health you don’t wish to share with the group. I will walk through my thought process on why I recommend the herbs I do. This will honestly net you the most benefit as being able to apply the knowledge that you are learning is the best way to learn. You will also learn how to conduct interviews this way and have a glimpse into the Clinical Herbalist’s path.

I will also answer your health questions during the course via the online chat platform in the classroom to benefit everyone.

An Initial Consultation is ½ off the original cost if you have chronic conditions you would like to address.

I will have a Live Q&A once a month between class times where I can answer questions in more detail live for you.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAM:

If you would like a certificate of completion, the videos, and reading material I assign will be required homework.  There will be tests, and the tests/homework must be completed before the certificate can be received. You must also do the hands-on portion. A certificate will include hours completed. Certificates are great if you pursue a clinical herbalist path and meet with your clients outside of meeting your family’s health needs. You do not have to do any assigned work if you do not wish for a certificate.

If you are taking this course via Zoom or video and would like a certificate, making herbs is required.  I will still send videos or instructions on making herbal preparations, and you can show me your finished product. If you wish, I can send you the kits to make them yourself. You pay shipping and the cost of materials.

Schedule an informational meeting here if you have more questions.
